Spicy chicken legs

A quick and easy chicken recipe. Let’s get started.

  1. 10 – Chicken legs (wash and remove the skin)
  2. 1 – Lemon Juice
  3. 3 tsp. – Chili powder
  4. 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
  5. 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp – Coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp. – Tomato sauce
  9. 4 tbsp – Corn flour
  10. 2 Eggs
  11. A little food coloring
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add chili powder, lemon juice, eggs, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, tomato sauce, eggs, corn flour, and salt. Mix them well.
  2. Coat the chicken legs with the paste and let stand for about 2 hours.
  3. Bake them in the oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove them from the oven
  5. Heat oil and fry them in oil until the legs turn little crispy on both sides.
  6. Serve the legs hot or warm.
