A quick and easy chicken recipe. Let’s get started.
Ingredients:
- 10 – Chicken legs (wash and remove the skin)
- 1 – Lemon Juice
- 3 tsp. – Chili powder
- 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
- 1 tsp – Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
- 1 tsp. – Tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp – Corn flour
- 2 Eggs
- A little food coloring
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a large bowl, add chili powder, lemon juice, eggs, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, tomato sauce, eggs, corn flour, and salt. Mix them well.
- Coat the chicken legs with the paste and let stand for about 2 hours.
- Bake them in the oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes on each side.
- Remove them from the oven
- Heat oil and fry them in oil until the legs turn little crispy on both sides.
- Serve the legs hot or warm.
